As Quality Controller, you’re responsible for monitoring and improving quality across our production and service. During the assembly process, you check whether our products meet the required quality standards and carefully record any deviations.
Our Service department also brings valuable insights from the field. You help analyse this information and turn recurring issues into concrete improvements in Production. That way, we don’t just solve problems, we learn from them and prevent them from happening again.
DLI develops and manufactures advanced LED grow lighting systems for professional greenhouse horticulture worldwide. You don’t need to be an expert in lighting technology yet, but you are technically curious and want to understand how our products work and how we can keep improving their quality.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Checking quality during the assembly process and testing against the established quality standards
- Identifying, recording and following up on deviations and bottlenecks in Production
- Working with Production, R&D and Service to improve quality standards and processes
- Analysing malfunctions and recurring issues reported by Service and turning them into concrete improvements for Production
- Supporting quality inspections and, where needed, assessing issues on site at customers’ locations

What are we looking for?
- At least MBO level of education and thinking, preferably in a technical, quality-related or similar field
- Experience with quality control, production processes or engineering is a plus
- You’re accurate, analytical and have an eye for detail
- You’re technically curious and enjoy tracking down the root causes of problems
- You’re a strong communicator and can clearly explain your findings to different departments
- You’re hands-on, independent and enjoy thinking along about improvements
