Boss’ lettuce farm is already the 4th generation to produce vegetables and lettuce in the Fürth/Nurnberg region.
Various types of lettuce are grown on more than one hectare.
In cooperation with Trintech B.V., the lighting here is equipped with new LED ZENITH fixtures, in order to be able to grow good quality lettuce all year round and take a step forward in sustainability.
